Here’s some footage from Hollywood TV that shows Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony out with the babies. I love how the reporter screams, “You got the motherly instinct, J-Lo!” as the baby cries in the background.

And no WONDER the baby was crying! Yikes - the amount of camera flashes are ridiculous. No wonder celebs freak out when it comes to their children’s safety.

So who do you think will win this battle?

Jennifer Lopez has said she wants to wait to start trying again for kids while hubby Marc Anthony wants to get on it now.

Jennifer has said, “Marc is like, ‘What are we waiting for?’ ‘Let me work just a little bit first, Let me get a couple things out there… one song, one movie, something.’”

For someone that just had twins, I might have the same attitude. It can be a little overwhelming to have two kids at once, especially when you just want to get a little time in doing what you love for a living. Marc still gets to sing and tour, after all.

Still, what do you think? Will Jenny from the Block end up having more kids? Or will she lose her chance by waiting too long?

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony were seen leaving their hotel in New York today. I really like J-Lo’s coat here and the pink shoes on Emme are too adorable.

Splashnews says “the car stop about 10 blocks later and was photographed jumping into an awaiting limousine to travel by himself.”

The twins have had a pretty big couple of days! First the concert appearance and now out with mom and dad. One source said the twins looked “remarkably like their father” and were “wide-eyed and shy as they faced the thousands of screaming fans” at Marc Anthony’s concert this weekend.

Looks like all those breakup rumors were false. Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are still happily married. In fact, Jen was at his concert last night and even brought the twins.

The rumor spread from either a very bad source or someone that wanted to generate a little publicity.

Here’s Marc at the concert making a little fun with the rumor. He teases the crowd by saying he has “an announcement to make” and that he has a “new Valentine” who isn’t Jennifer. Of course he’s talking about his daughter, Emme. Then Jennifer brings both babies out and the crowd goes wild. Can’t blame them there. Here’s a clip.

Rumors are still running ramped that Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are going to break up next month. (Does it crack you up as much as it does me that there is an actual DATE scheduled for this supposed break up?)

One source is already speculating that if the two were to divorce, they would have a “$350 million fortune” to divide. (In other words, financially at least, they would both be fine. Emotionally is another story.)

The more likely story is that they are simply having a rough patch. It happens in marriage, especially when you bring a new baby into the house (let alone two!)

One sign that they are still committed to their marriage is that they are seriously thinking of buying in on a luxury complex in Puerto Rico called The Founders Club. It’s one of those swanky places where you get limo service, preferred tee times (although I’m not even sure Jen and Marc golf) and access to a private jet. Starting prices are around $1.4 million. A bargain for folks like J-Lo and Marc.

10. Getting Pregnant

Jennifer tried for years to get pregnant. Years and years and years! While there were rumors that she used in vitro (because she was pregnant with twins) she maintains that it was all natural. More than that, twins run in Jennifer’s family.

Jennifer was on tour with hubby Marc Anthony during her pregnancy, and chose the last night they played at the time for her “official” announcement. Here’s a video clip of that moment. Check out how excited everyone is. So cute. What a fun and happy moment.

9. Out of Sight Best Movie

An Entertainment Weekly poll listed the “50 sexiest movies ever made” and J-Lo’s Out of Sight was at the very top of the list. Why is this a big deal for her? Because during 2008 she wasn’t acting in movies, nor did she have any movies released. She was off the radar, as they say in the acting world. But our J-Lo is never entirely off the radar, is she?

There were a lot of things that made Out of Sight a great movie. Great writing, film work, and acting. But it’s the chemistry between Jennifer and George Clooney that really makes it all work.

8. Gala for Marian Wright Edelman

Jennifer Lopez made it clear this year that she wanted to do good things for kids. She created a charity and also actively spoke out about the welfare of children. In August she hosted a gala event for Marian Wright Edelman, creator of the Children’s Defense Fund. 7. Vocation in Portofino

Didn’t it seem that J-Lo was gone all summer? Her vacation in Italy gave us tons of great photos that showed a relaxed and happy Jennifer. For someone who is driven as much as she is, seeing her swimming and strolling along the streets with Marc Anthony was really a treat. It was also nice to see her taking a healthy approach to losing the baby weight. She swam and wore a bikini and looked healthy as well as fit.

J-Lo and Marc decided to renew their marriage vows in October. There was speculation that there was trouble with their marriage, and that’s why they had the renewal ceremony. There were also rumors that said the two were so happy with the way their life was that they wanted to renew their vows. You decide what to believe.

Jennifer released her first men’s fragrance in 2008. J-Lo is known for having one of the best celebrity scents around, and Deseo for Men is bound to be another hit.

3. Benjamin Button Premiere

There were a couple things that made the Benjamin Button premiere stand out for J-Lo. First and foremost, she didn’t have her wedding ring on. This sparked all kinds of rumors that Jen and Marc were on the outs. There’s even a rumor that they will break up ON Valentine’s Day.

But more than that, Jennifer looked terrific at the premiere. She made it clear that she is ready to act in another movie. Her appearance (and the headlines that followed) made it clear that Jennifer Lopez is still relevant in pop culture today. She will get your attention either by vying for a new movie role or by wearing a form fitting dress or by not wearing her wedding ring. In other words, she makes you take notice.

2. Triathlon

We thought she was crazy when she announced in People magazine that she would like to do a triathlon. Her announcement came right after she gave birth. The triathlon was only months away. And oh yeah… she had never done one before!

But of course, why would we doubt J-Lo? She not only finished the race, she had a respectable time, raised money for charity, and had a party for her husband the very same night (on a different COAST!) That’s our J-Lo!

1. The Birth of Max and Emme!

Of COURSE the birth of Jennifer’s twins was the highlight of her year! She had two adorable babies that she had longed for all her life. We can’t wait to see how these (bound to be) talented kids grow up and learn from their mama! We look forward to seeing them, and to what’s next for Jennifer Lopez.

Is Jennifer Lopez your favorite celebrity parent of 2008? (She must be a favorite of yours if you’re reading this blog

If she is, head on over to Pop Sugar and vote for her in their “Favorite New Celebrity of 2008” poll. When I voted Jen looked like she was at a lower percentage of the votes. Even if she doesn’t win this particular poll, we know she’s a favorite in our mind!

The “celebrity baby boom of 2008″ seems to be a theme among end of year posts. Another source goes down the list of celebs who became parents this year, and I honestly can’t remember the last time there were this many. Something in the water?

I’ve heard rumors that Jennifer Lopez wants to have more kids, but one source is actually saying she wants to be pregnant by her 40th birthday in July.

Apparently she wants to start trying after she releases her greatest hits CD in February.

I think since it took her a while to get pregnant the first time, it would difficult to actually plan on getting pregnant unless she decided to go the fertility route. However, this is J-Lo we’re talking about! If anyone can decide on when she wants to have a baby and actually make it happen, it’s her. She’s already done so much this year I can’t imagine saying she won’t be able to pull this off!

Marc, on the other hand, isn’t so keen on her getting pregnant so fast. NOW thinks the twins are still really young and they should perhaps wait….

There’s a pretty interesting link over at the Daily Mail that talks about Beyonce and all the dresses and looks she’s copied over the years. I bring this up because first of all, I really like Beyonce, and second, because one of the looks she’s copycatted is Jennifer Lopez.

They show both Beyonce and Jen in the same (really awful) mermaid dress. Both of them were on photoshoots when they wore the dress. To me, this means someone that was in charge of the wardrobe for each photoshoot didn’t exactly do their homework. However, they also add links where Beyonce has stolen looks from other performers as well.

I really like Beyonce and think other performers probably inspire each other. I doubt she’s trying to copy other performers on purpose. What do you think?

More babies for J-Lo? That’s what this clip says. They report that Jennifer Lopez and hubby Marc Anthony are trying again for “one more” baby.

Another source says, “They were advised to wait six months after she gave birth. They listened to their doctor’s advice, but now they’re trying to make one more baby,” says the insider.

Jennifer obviously is very happy to be a mom, and what a great one she is! Wouldn’t we love to see one more baby as well? Plus, I can’t help wondering what she would do to the triathalon she did after the twins were born. Whatever she does, we know it’s gonna be BIG! That’s our J-Lo!
