Have you listened to Jennifer Lopez’s album Brave? It didn’t do tremendously well, as far as albums go, but it had some really great songs. I found a few fan videos that feature the music from Brave and also include some great pictures of J-Lo.

Here’s the song “Never Gonna Give Up.” I like how Jennifer’s voice is on this clip, and really enjoy the violins at the very beginning. It has a different feel.

In “Mile in These Shoes.” This song almost sounds like something from the Pussycat Dolls in the very beginning. It gets a little screechy for me as she gets into the middle and end, but hey - do we ever really hate her music?

In the song “I Need Love” J-Lo almost talks about her own experience as she sings the title. The song has a rap beat, and Jen almost talks the very beginning. This song isn’t my favorite, but I do enjoy the pictures that go along with it.

and now for the best part, the title track. I really love the song “Brave.” It suits Jennifer’s voice very well and also has an amazing set of end rhyme. You can’t get this one out of your head.

I’ve heard rumors that Jennifer Lopez wants to have more kids, but one source is actually saying she wants to be pregnant by her 40th birthday in July.

Apparently she wants to start trying after she releases her greatest hits CD in February.

I think since it took her a while to get pregnant the first time, it would difficult to actually plan on getting pregnant unless she decided to go the fertility route. However, this is J-Lo we’re talking about! If anyone can decide on when she wants to have a baby and actually make it happen, it’s her. She’s already done so much this year I can’t imagine saying she won’t be able to pull this off!

Marc, on the other hand, isn’t so keen on her getting pregnant so fast. NOW thinks the twins are still really young and they should perhaps wait….

But who do you think is gonna win that argument?

We’re giving away two different gift sets with fragrance by Jennifer Lopez: Still and Glow. Of course, she has a few more fragrance blends, one of them being Live.

I caught this great video of a commercial for Live that I hadn’t seen on TV here in the U.S. It highlights one of J-Lo’s best features: her dancing!

One thing I really like about the different products she has is that, like her videos, she gives each one a different “personality” in terms of marketing and presentation. They don’t just all run together. You’ll see what I mean with this commercial for Live:

Here’s a fun little interview that Jennifer Lopez did with some French journalists.

I like this video because, first of all the fish swimming in the background make it look like Jennifer is under water! And also because when the reporter asks his question in French, I love the look on Jennifer’s face while she’s waiting for the English interpretation. They’ve also got a little Spanish on this video, so a little something for everybody!

I also think Jennifer does such a great job with interviews. She’s personable and comes across so sincere. She really seems down to earth and this is another great interview. Time frame on this is March 2007.

Jennifer Lopez’s videos are always unique, but when she released “Ain’t It Funny” it looked and felt like nothing else on the market. She envisioned the story behind the video, and worked with Herb Ritts to put it all together. I think it turned out wonderful. Here’s the extended version of the video and song:

Oh well, I guess I’ll just deal with the fact that this time Vitton has not chosen someone like our Jennifer Lopez. But here’s the best quote about this I’ve read yet:

“Madonna, who is getting divorced from Guy Ritchie over issues ranging from sex to Kabbalah water, is enjoying being the face of the fashion giant.”

Doesn’t that just make you giggle?

Came across this wonderful clip of Jennifer Lopez performing her song, “Aint It Funny” for the troops. I love what they did with the opening of this number. They have a photo of Jennifer looking very cute in a red dress, and she comes up from below the stage to mimic the same pose. The troops loved it! And why not?

Wondering who will win at this year’s Latin Grammy Awards?

One critic is predicting Marc Anthony will win best salsa album for El Cantante.

Ian Malinow says:

“While Gilberto Santa Rosa’s “Contraste” has a chance to win, I think voters will go with Marc Anthony’s “El cantante,” due to the film’s success and talent of the late salsa singer Héctor Lavoe, arguably the greatest sonero ever. Marc Anthony’s inspiring voice and stellar Lavoe performances only add to its appeal.”

The Latin Grammys will be held Thursday in Houston and aired on Univision, starting at 8 p.m.

And you just know J-Lo and Marc will be there!

Isn’t Ellen one of the best daytime shows around? She really gets the best interviews out of celebrities. In February 2007 she had Jennifer Lopez on. It was a very cute interview!

In the first part, Jennifer talks about her favorite TV shows (Grey’s Anatomy and American Idol), her step-children (including the one that sang on her video “Get Right“), and having her own kids.

The really interesting thing is Jennifer said she’d like to have “two at once - then you’re done.” A little foreshadowing on the present day perhaps? Then Ellen suggests perhaps she should have four at once!

In the second part, Jennifer talks about her first spanish language album, which came out in March 2007. She also talks about her show Dancelife.

In the third part, Ellen gives Jennifer a “celebration hat” (that is very funny - you’ve gotta see it) and then talks with the dancers of Dance Life.

I’ve got a great flashback for you this morning. It’s Jennifer Lopez singing “Loving You” live on the Today Show. She looks great. This was during the “Bennifer” phase and she has a layered shoulder length hairdo and white tank top. She looks very soft and pretty. The song is from her “This Is Me…. Then” album.
