I’ve got a very fun book to give away called Momisms. I picked up this book because I genuinely liked it and thought it would make a nice give back to the loyal readers here at JloStalker, but then I realized it was by the same author, Cathy Hamilton, that created the “boyfriend in a box” idea. Have you seen this? It’s hiliarious! It comes with a photo (that you can put up at your desk), cards that would go with a flower bouquet, and messages already written out that he would of course have left. The “boyfriend” also has a background written out so you don’t even need to lie.
I bought one of these for my secretary a while back because she was constantly complaining about never meeting a man. Her and I were both single, and I thought she would have found this hysterical. (She did not.) But I did. I begged someone to get it for me, I thought it was that funny.
Anywho, now I’ve got two copies of Momisms to hand out, and I can tell you that the book is sweet and funny and light… and who doesn’t need some of that?
