Since Jennifer Lopez is trying to get her body back into shape since the birth of her babies, it has inspired us all to improve our health. Jen’s exercise routine is usually very basic. She likes to do a lot of cardio with some focused toning and weight work. She likes to get in and get it done, and then move on with the rest of her day.
Sounds smart. Of course Jennifer has a personal trainer, which you and I definitely don’t have. But we do have things like workout videos which can really help. Especially when our schedules are busy.
To that end, I’ve got two copies of The Firm: Cardio Sculpt on DVD to give away.

The best way I have found to stay in shape is to incorporate fitness into my everyday lifestyle- i.e. parking the car the farthest away from the mall entrance…etc.

i use my PT for staying in shape as well as fixing an injury, 3x a week. on the other days i walk, and do light cardio, and eat well.

The best way I’ve found is to 1) eat extremely healthy, and 2) do pilates daily. It works for me, thanks!

Diets don’t work, especially as you get older. You have to burn more calories than you take in. So, get out there and bicycle, walk, swim, and play. Its the only thing that works.

I started watching what I eat, not eating out as much as I did, and walking more. I’ve lost 10 lbs in 3 months which is on my way to my goal of 50 lbs.

The best way I have to “attempt” to stay in shape nowdays is…..take my 2 sons for walks, play at the park, and clean the house.

The best way that I have found to stay in shape, is by incorporating little workouts throughout my normal daily schedule. For example while I am brushing my teeth I do squats, while I am blow drying my hair I do calf raises. I also bought a puppy which is workout enough!!! In order to keep her less energetic, I walk her daily.

I’m still working on it! Lately, I’ve found that my older kids like doing Pilates with me while the little one is napping. There’s nothing like a 7 year old saying, “isn’t it time to exercise?” to motivate a person.

I do a quick walk of 4 miles, running part of the way. A good aerobics workout. But mainly, for me what works is watching what goes into my mouth!

I never skip breakfast, run around after 3 kids, do 30 minutes of yoga, try to eat a healthy dinner and avoid snacking before bed.
