Flashback Friday: J-Lo and Ja Rule Perform “I’m Real”

I always thought Jennifer Lopez and Ja Rule made a great musical team. I loved the songs they did together, and have since heard that they’d like to reunite on one of Jen’s future albums. Ja Rule is an awesome song writer, and he really seems to write songs that fit what Jen is going through and her personality.

“I’m Real” is one of my favorite songs from her, and the video makes it even better. However, when Jen and Ja Rule performed this song live at the MTV awards a few years ago, it went down in history as one of the great performances. Jen’s dancing at the beginning is just outstanding, and as the performance comes to a close it’s clear you’ve been entertained.
