Jennifer Lopez and Sean Combs (P. Diddy, Diddy, Puff Daddy, Sean John) were quite an item once upon a time. Years ago, I couldn’t understand what she saw in him. Now I do.
I caught an interview from the Telegraph with Sean and thought he came across as a hard working guy who just wants to succeed. The writer first asked what he should call Sean (a reasonable question) and he said, “When I’m an actor, I’m Sean Combs. Music is different; music is looser, and I go by a lot of nicknames and I have some fun, but this is serious for me. I’m Sean Combs.”
Sean talked about his time on Broadway, and said he was very serious about the recent role of Walter Lee, Jr. in A Raisin in the Sun. One thing that struck me was that Sean had a set built in his home so that he could practice his role round the clock. Now that’s dedication!
