Jennifer Lopez is juggling motherhood and career like many women today by cutting into her sleep time.

You hear it all the time, when a new mom has to get up extra early to take care of her kids and also fit in work. In Jen’s case, her job is entertaining the crowd by singing, dancing, and acting. All of those things require her to be in great shape! To get in tip top form, ExpoSay reports that Jennifer is “reportedly losing up to 10lbs a week by getting up at 4am and hitting the gym in a bid to regain her famous figure.”

Getting in shape will also help her be the best mom she can be, so she’s doing it for a lot of reasons. Her goal weight is around 120, which all things considered is a far more healthy weight than some of the actresses I’ve seen in Hollywood. In typical J-Lo fashion, she’s working every day in order to get in shape.

J-Lo’s always been someone that maintained a pretty healthy lifestyle. From what I’ve heard she doesn’t drink that much (if at all) and eats lots of fruit and veggies. She’s not one to sit in the front of the TV with a bag of chips and cans of soda. Although there’s nothing wrong with that from time to time.
