Jen Gets Moving to Lose the Baby Weight
This is another one of those “take it with a grain of salt” type stories.
Marie Claire said Jennifer Lopez is in a rush to lose her baby weight, and that she “wants to trim at least 20 to 25 pounds right away.”
Of course in People this week Jennifer said she was in no hurry to go gangbusters at the gym. She said she’d lost most of her baby weight (and certainly looked like she did as well).
Marie Claire also said she’s called up Gunnar Peterson, who is J-Lo’s trainer. Now, I just saw something on him a couple days ago and they asked him if J-Lo had called him yet to get back in shape and he said no. (But the call could have come after that interview). They also added that “Gunnar has Jennifer doing different high-cardio workout programmes at her home gym for an hour to an hour and a half every day.”
Well she did say she wanted to do a triathlon in fall… so maybe she figured she better get running and whatnot very fast. Here she was a year ago:
