Is Mariah Carey Still Jealous of Jennifer Lopez?

Remember the “feud” that Mariah Carey tried to start a few years ago with J-Lo?

It was more like Mariah was a tad jealous of Jen’s success as a recording artist. She claimed that if Jennifer Lopez had to write her own songs like Mariah does, she wouldn’t be as successful because she couldn’t get it all done.

That was years ago, of course, and I always believed that part of Mariah’s beef was that J-Lo was under the Sony label and Tommy Motola was paying J-Lo the attention Mariah was suddenly missing.

Anywho… now that Jen has had her babies and has her happy home, I can’t help thinking about Mariah and what she thinks about the whole thing. Is she over the green monster yet? Mariah did talk recently about motherhood and it sounds as if having babies is a bit far off for her.

Probably a good thing when it’s all said and done. You’ve got to be ready for it, and if she isn’t yet, she’s smart to realize that.
