Because Moxie Crimefighter Lopez Anthony Just Didn’t Sound Right

Get this, Pamela Redmond Satran, who has carved out an occupation as a “baby naming expert” told Usmagazine that Jennifer Lopez’s choice of Max and Emme as baby names are “highly unoriginal.”

Satran said: “Christina Aguilera just used Max, which hasn’t been truly cool since the eighties.”

Right… because you can’t just name your kid something you like, you have to BE COOL.

Is this woman serious? Has she been living in Hollyweird too long?

She even went so far as to write a post on the Huffington Post blog “warning Lopez and Anthony to “rethink” Max and Emme and make an “inspired choice.”

Then, in talking out of the other side of her face, Satran said: “It’s refreshing when celebrities choose the kind of regular names that the rest of us choose and don’t reach so hard to come up with a Romeo or a Moxie Crimefighter.”

Personally, I think both Romeo and Moxie Crimefighter are pretty awesome names. But I like Max and Emme, too. Parents should name their kids whatever the heck they want… even celebrity parents, IMHO.
